Concert in Memory and Celebration of Joe Droukas Raises Money for Make-A-Wish NH

Gilford—On Sunday, August 25^th a large gathering of family, friends, and musician friends enjoyed a day of music, memories, and laughter in celebration of Joe Droukas, a well-known musician and friend to many in NH’s Lakes Region. The event was held at Gunstock Recreation Area and featured man musicians who donated their time to play at this event.

The day featured some amazing music plus a raffle and many auction items. A total of approximately $8,000 was raised at this one-day event and all proceeds will be donated to Make-A-Wish of New Hampshire. Joe Droukas was a big believer in giving back to the community. He loved children and always had a fond place in his heart for the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
